How we work, what you can expect, and what we promise as FinFreash Kleanerz.
We provide home, car, and yard cleaning as listed on our site. Every service can be customized — whole house, or just a couch. Car wash or just fur removal. You decide.
Prices are discussed before the job starts. Payments are made after service (cash, MobilePay, invoices emailed, or other agreed method). As a registered student-run business, we provide official receipts and follow Finnish tax regulations. Prices include applicable taxes, and we report earnings according to school and state guidelines.
Tell us if you have pets, allergies, or sensitive materials. Provide access to water, electricity, or outdoor space if needed. Move fragile/valuable items before we arrive (we'll be careful, but accidents can happen).
We will treat your space with respect. We will show up on time or let you know if delayed. We will redo small fixes if you're not satisfied (within reason).
We're not responsible for damage caused by pre-existing conditions (e.g., loose furniture legs, old stains that won't come out). We don't do heavy lifting, electrical repairs, or hazardous cleaning (like mold removal or chemicals).
Free cancellation up to the day before. Same-day cancellations may require a small fee (to cover travel time).

How do I book a cleaning?

Do I need to be home during cleaning?
As long as we have safe access. Many clients prefer to be home the first time.
What if I'm not satisfied?
Let us know within 24h, and we'll come fix small issues for free.
Do you clean only whole houses?
We also do specific tasks: sofa cleaning, bathrooms only, kitchens only, etc.
Do you clean cars?
Yes! Inside vacuuming, fur removal, hand-wash exterior, windows.
Do you spread salt in winter?
Yes, for sidewalks, driveways, and yard paths.
Do you handle heavy-duty cleaning?
We focus on safe, everyday cleaning.
How can I pay?
Cash, MobilePay, or bank transfer (agreed before service).
Are taxes included in the price?
Yes, prices include applicable taxes.
Can I cancel or reschedule?
Free up to the day before. Same-day cancellations may require a small fee.
Do you bring your own supplies?
Yes, unless the client prefers us to use theirs (eco-friendly, allergy-friendly, etc).
Do you offer contracts for regular cleaning?
Yes, weekly/bi-weekly/monthly plans available.
Can I request a custom job?
Yes, just tell us what you need and we'll figure it out.
